Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
1. Who we are
Guided Intelligence ("we", "us") provides AI-powered front office services to Australian businesses. We are committed to handling personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Contact: hello@guidedintelligence.com.au.
2. What we collect
When you use this site or our services we may collect: your name, email address, phone number, firm name, messages you send via forms or the chat agent, booking details, and technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via privacy- focused analytics. We collect this directly from you.
3. Why we collect it
We use personal information to: respond to enquiries, provide demos and bookings you request, deliver and improve our services, and — only where you have expressly opted in — send you follow-up communications. We do not sell personal information. We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages, consistent with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
4. AI chat agent
Conversations with our chat agent are processed by a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses, and stored by us to provide the service and improve quality. Do not share sensitive information (e.g. financial account details, health information) in chat. The agent provides general information about our services only — it does not provide financial advice.
5. Storage and security
Data is stored with reputable cloud providers, with our primary database hosted in Sydney, Australia. Some processing (e.g. AI responses, email delivery, web hosting) involves overseas providers, which may store data in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logging.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@guidedintelligence.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you have a complaint about our handling of your information, contact us first; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
7. Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, privacy-focused analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available at this address with its last-updated date.
