Terms of Service

1. The service
Guided Intelligence provides website, AI chat, booking, review and lead-nurture services on a subscription basis, and fixed-price software builds ("MVP Sprints"). These terms govern your use of this website and our services. Specific engagements are covered by the proposal or order you accept.
2. No financial advice
Nothing on this site, and nothing produced by our AI systems, constitutes financial product advice, credit assistance, tax advice or legal advice. Our systems provide general information about the businesses they represent and administrative assistance (such as booking appointments) only.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly subscriptions renew each month and may be cancelled with notice effective at the end of the current billing period. Where a $0-upfront setup option is chosen, a minimum 12-month term applies as set out in your order. Setup fees are non-refundable once build work has commenced. Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
4. Your content and data
You retain ownership of your business content and client data. You grant us the licence needed to operate the services on your behalf. On termination, we will provide an export of your data on request and delete it from our systems within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the services to send unsolicited commercial messages, to mislead consumers, or in breach of any law including the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Service levels and liability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Governing law
